Drawing parallels with classic Venetian chandeliers, the plexiglass surface tricks the eye and becomes the setting for a modern and contemporary reference to the classic glass slats that characterised the chandeliers of Venice. All this is not entirely coincidental, however, as designer Eliano Gerotto is Venetian, and with a portfolio that includes everything from graphic design to jewellery, she is the obvious choice to create such a shiny jewel in the interior.
