The lamp combines traditional Finnish wood craftsmanship with modern computer design, allowing Pilke designer Tuukka Halonen to create a lamp that is assembled from small wooden boards without the use of screws and glue. The pendant light is constructed from birch wood - and while the shape can fill a room and create an eye-catching centrepiece, the hollow construction makes the lamp light and airy.
