Mendel Heit for Normann Copenhagen
The Tombola Vase H31 Rose is inspired by the randomness of the tombola game. When the tickets are shuffled and spun around in the round tombola, anything is possible, and only when a ticket is selected do we know which participant won - and it's all random. It is precisely this entropy that inspired the vase.
With waves, indentations and curves, the vase forms itself, and with a seemingly completely random surface, the vase refracts both the light and what's inside it. The tombola vase is not dishwasher safe.
