Cph Lighting is a Danish lighting company located in Hjerting, near the small West Jutland town of Esbjerg.

The mission at Cph Lighting is to produce high-quality lamps with a focus on functionality, including energy savings. And with a very simple and classic design, the lights from Cph Lighting are ideal for both private and public interiors. This is especially evident in their Oblique lamps, which are functional reading lights that are still aesthetically beautiful, classic and can fit into any home.
All lamps are produced in Denmark by carefully selected subcontractors, which means that Cph has very close control over product quality. It also means that they can make sure there are good working conditions for all the people who handle and manufacture the lamps. With subcontractors close by, transportation is shortened and the impact on the environment is reduced. When you buy a product from Cph Lighting, you get a high-quality design product that is manufactured with a vision of minimizing environmental impact.
Eggy Pop by Guglielmo Berchicci, 2004
One of Cph Lighting's most popular lights is the exciting and eye-catching Eggy Pop lamp. The organic shape is illuminated by the internal light source that emits a pleasant diffused and glare-free light into the surroundings. The robust lamp is available for both indoor and outdoor use, so whether you want cozy lighting in the living room or on the terrace, Eggy Pop can be used.

Tom Stepp
Born in 1950, Tom Stepp is one of the most recognized designers in Denmark. Stepp is known for its strong and functional craftsmanship and has won several awards during its career, including the Formland Award and Scandinavian Furniture Award. Stepp has an impressive educational background in construction and architecture that has influenced his designs. He has a degree as a building technician, building constructor and architect from the Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen. His designs are often inspired by modern functionalism and he is known for creating practical and aesthetically pleasing designs.
In collaboration with CPH Lighting, Stepp has created a range of lamps with a Scandinavian design. These lamps are often simple and elegant, but at the same time functional and practical in use. Stepp's designs are known for their high quality and are lamps that fit into virtually all interior types and styles. His modern functionalism and simple, elegant designs have inspired many other designers and his designs continue to be coveted and appreciated today.
