Fabian Maier, architect and "light planner", along with Johannes Marmon and Johannes Müller with solid roots in product design, are the three musketeers who share a true passion for their craft and came together to create Nyta.
Nyta invests a lot of pride and energy in the design of the light and the source it emanates from. It's important to keep the original idea alive all the way from the concept phase to the exciting final product. To ensure the survival of the basic idea, everyone is deeply involved in the entire process, considering every aesthetic and technical detail of the manufacturing process.
The materials, surfaces and product details are defined in great precision and detail, with extensive attention paid to areas such as handling and daily use. From the outset, the focus is on the design and the challenges of keeping the necessary while weeding out the superfluous.
The goal is achieved if the original idea is still evident in the final prototype after all this painstaking process has been completed. It's important to design and produce light, lighting, lamps and light sources that literally please the eye and make an aesthetic statement while fitting in as the most natural thing in the world.
In short, it's light that gives end users as much pleasure and enjoyment as the designers got out of designing it.
