Louis Poulsen - new lamps and pendants
The company is well known in lighting and especially for its long-standing collaboration with Danish designer Poul Henningsen. Together they have created a wealth of all types of lamps. Pendants, floor lamps, wall lights, table lamps and outdoor lights. Over the years, the company has also collaborated with several other renowned and highly talented designers and architects. The range includes lighting designs by Oki Sato, Verner Panton and Vilhelm Lauritzen.
Enigma, Flindt and Limited Edition
Collaborations with talented designers include both international and national ones. Among the international ones is Japanese designer Shoichi Uchiyama. He created the sought-after Enigma and it has - as something completely new - been released in black. An exciting and floating light novelty from the traditional Danish lighting brand.
Among the national designers the company has collaborated with is Christian Flindt. He started by creating an outdoor bollard that got his last name. The collaboration continued and today also includes the brand new wall-mounted outdoor light. It has a beautiful round shape and is available in several colors.
More traditional lamps - namely those designed by Poul Henningsen - occasionally get a makeover. The company continuously launches Limited Editions of the iconic PH lamps. Pendants, table lamps and floor lamps. Most recently, the company has reimagined the well-known 3/2 table lamp. Inspired by the oldest models Poul Henningsen created and with a keen eye for modern trends, Louis Poulsen has launched a beautiful Limited Edition in brass and amber.
