Norm Architects
Norm Architects was founded in Copenhagen in 2008 by Jonas Bjerre-Poulsen and Kasper Rønn. Norm Architects is a group of creative designers and architects who combine craftsmanship and material with beauty, history and timeless simplicity. The multidisciplinary design studio focuses on architecture, interiors and photography as well as branding and art direction. Their projects span more than ten different countries, covering everything from architecture to product design.
In the studio, they work closely with textures, materials and the perception of architecture and design. Their designs are not only created for the eye, but to be experienced with all the senses. Scandinavian design principles are particularly evident in their work, combining timeless aesthetics and natural materials with exclusivity and simplicity.
The name Norm Architects reflects the group's emphasis on the importance of drawing inspiration from norms and traditions in architecture and design. Since its inception, they have won several prestigious awards such as the Red Dot Award, IF Design Award, Design Plus Award and Good Design Award.

Norm Architects and Audo Copenhagen
In a regular collaboration with Audo Copenhagen, they help develop the brand and their range of products. Simplicity and creativity unite the Audo Copenhagen design studio, which is highly motivated by mind and body. Together they explore ideas that not only fulfill aesthetic perfection but also feel good: Minimalism takes on softness, architecture takes on a thought-provoking angle, while visual fabric takes on a sensuous quality.
Norm Architects and &Tradition
Inspired by nature and traveling around the world, Norm Architects has also created designs for Danish &Tradition. For example, Mass Light NA6 is inspired by the various street lights seen in Paris, Barcelona and New York. The basic elements of the lamp post, the characteristic cast iron top and the semi-transparent glass ball, have been transferred to the design of the lamp. The shape, feel and choice of materials give the lamp a unique and different look. As well as fitting perfectly into the &Traditions range, the lamp is a great example of Norm Architects' ability to combine material with craftsmanship and timeless simplicity.
