How should the lighting be positioned in the office?
To find the right lighting for your office, it's important to decide where you want your task light. Should it be on the table, on the ceiling or maybe both? Many choose to place the primary light source on the ceiling and then place a direct light on the desk, which can be an architectural lamp or similar. Many people who spend a lot of time at a computer do not prefer natural light as it often interferes with the screen.
