The AJ Mini Table Lamp Anniversary Matt White/Pale Rose was designed in 1957 as part of the AJ family that consisted of several products; the floor lamp, wall lamp, table lamp and a small table lamp. Arne Jacobsen designed it for the opening of the SAS Royal Hotel in Copenhagen as part of the hotel's design . The AJ lamps have since become design icons all over the world, and today they are both classic and modern.
The AJ Mini table lamp, with a height of 43 centimeters, is the perfect size for a windowsill, side table or bedside table. The white lacquered inside reflects a pleasant, glare-free light, while the shade tilts slightly, making it perfect as a reading light.
To celebrate Louis Poulsen's 150th anniversary, they have launched a number of unique special editions of design icons from Poul Henningsen and Arne Jacobsen, including the AJ Mini Table Lamp, PH 5 Pendant and PH Artichoke Pendant in sizes Ø480 and Ø600. All anniversary versions come in a unique Matt White/Pale Rose color combination with gorgeous polished brass details that will patinate over time, giving the lamp its own unique character. The anniversary lamps are only available in 2024 and come in a limited batch - the PH Artichoke is only available in 300 units in both sizes with an individual number engraved on the 5th leaf.
