Bulb from Ingo Maurer was created in 1966 but is still a fresh and unique table lamp thanks to its almost cartoonish look.
The base is formed like the socket of a classic incandescent bulb, made from chromed and polished metal. The shade itself is shaped like the glass part of an incandescent bulb, made from hand-blown Murano crystal glass.
In 1969, the Bulb table lamp became part of the permanent design collection at MoMA in New York.
These lamps are made-to-order as they are manufactured in limited runs - expect a delivery time of three to four weeks.
