Cellu Floor lamp Sand is a design-oriented lighting model with a modern and playful expression that creates a stylish atmosphere but at the same time has an exciting optic that gives it its high recognition value. The lamp is part of a whole series consisting of table and floor lamps in several different colour combinations. Designed by Simon Legald for Normann Copenhagen, the Cellu series is a reinterpretation of the classic folded paper lampshade. The lampshade is made of polypropylene, which is much more durable and also allows efficient light emission from the lampshade itself into the room. The light can therefore shine both indirectly through the lampshade itself in a soft, uniform glow that complements the overall lighting and through the exit at the bottom of the lampshade in a direct light.
The lamps within the Cellu collection are all characterised by their white lampshade, folded structure, sturdy frames and beautiful complementary colours that come in several different shades.
