NB! When you receive the product, the packaging states that it can be used for LED 4-25W. However, the dimmer can be used with LED up to 25W and halogen up to 160W. This is also stated in the informational insert you’ll find when unwrapping the product.

When it’s time to change or mount a dimmer on a floor lamp, you need to find the lowest wattage.
If it’s written on the dimmer (40W-100W), the lowest wattage has to be 40W.
Example:
Your floor lamp has three light sources, and you mount 3 x 8W light sources.
Your total wattage is 24W, so they won’t be compatible with a 40W-100W dimmer.
In this case, you need to choose an LED dimmer with the lowest wattage possible, typically 2-4W.
