Grain Matt Black is a beautiful and modern lamp in a special design. The monochrome, matte black colour scheme, the simple shape and the solid metal material that makes up the frame, base and shade have a particularly contemporary look and fit perfectly into modern interiors and room concepts. The lampshade is characterised by a cylindrical shape with slightly rounded edges and an eye-catching perforated surface that allows the light behind it to shine out on all sides in a beautiful dot pattern. At the same time, the lampshade is open at the bottom so that the light can also flow directly downwards in an efficient, direct downlight.
The lamp is part of the Grain series designed by Mikael Berlin for the Danish lighting manufacturer Herstal. The series includes pendant, ceiling, table, floor and wall lamps in several different sizes.
