GT pendant Natural is a unique lampshade of handmade cotton tape with a classic yet dramatic design. When the lamp is on, it distributes a cosy warm glow while the unlit lamp adds a sculptural element to your décor. The base of the lampshade is fitted with a transparent PVC sheet that hides the light source and ensures an even light that does not blind. Place it above your dining table to light up the heart of the home and light up the room in a diffuse glow.
The lampshade was created as an alternative to cardboard, methacrylate, and persistent fabric lampshades. The forgotten craftsmanship of the cotton ribbon resurfaced in 1994 when the GT5 pendant was designed. The pendant became the first lamp in a collection that now includes the pendant, table lamp, and floor lamp.
The light material means that the cable can easily carry the weight of the lamp—no wire required. The lamp does not come with a rosette, which comes with a 3-metre cable.
