Atypical organic shapes can be a great way to break with your otherwise neat office environment. Happy Bin S Basic Dark from Vitra was designed by Michel Charlot, and it can be a great way to bring colour, life, and quirky into otherwise boring surroundings.
Although respect for the material and industrial production methods were front and centre when Charlot designed the bin, its shape still seems to rise organically from the floor—and like a meat- and rubbish-eating plant, it’s ready to swallow your garbage.
The bin comes in various colours and two sizes.
