Kartio 4 Ceiling Light Nickel impresses with its minimalist, tasteful and design-orientated look. The matt black, right-angled frame contrasts nicely with the shiny lampshades that open at the bottom, allowing a wide cone of light to pour out in a soft glow that effectively illuminates the area below the lamp. As the light bulb is located a little way up under the lampshade, you are guaranteed a pleasant, non-dazzling light.
The simplicity of the shape suits many interiors, especially modern and minimalist, where the elegant simplicity of the lamp emphasises the existing style concept.
Kartio is a whole series of lamps conceived by German designer Ingo Thiele for lighting manufacturer Lucande. The lamps are of different types, all of which come in two beautiful colours, nickel and brass. The simple design and coherent colour scheme make the Kartio lamps easy to combine if you want a coherent lighting concept in your home.
