Kiriya Black/Wood is a discreet but stylish addition to the home interior. The lamp has an unusual lampshade with the popular cage look, but where the meshes are so tightly woven that from a distance it looks like a regular textile shade. The dark metal has a modern feel that is beautifully complemented by elements in rubber wood, giving the overall look a contemporary yet natural feel. This makes this lamp model particularly suitable for Scandinavian interior design styles with a penchant for simple but exclusive designs.
The dense latticework of the lampshade surrounds the light source so that the light, which would otherwise be direct and harsh, has a diffuse and soft quality that does not dazzle. However, the light source remains visible and allows the user to be creative with the choice of bulb. The standard socket fits a wide range of bulb types.
