The light dimmer in 100W for LED and incandescent bulbs. If you want to change dimmer, so you can use an LED light source, this model is a great choice.
The light is dimmed, as well as switched off and on, using the dial.
The dimmer automatically finds out whether the lamp uses LED or an incandescent bulb.
The maximum wattage is 4-100W for LED and 40-250W for incandescent bulbs.
NB
When it’s time to change or mount a dimmer on a floor lamp, you need to find the lowest wattage.
If it’s written on the dimmer (40W-100W), the lowest wattage has to be 40W.
Example:
Your floor lamp has three light sources, and you mount 3 x 8W light sources.
Your total wattage is 24W, so they won’t be compatible with a 40W-100W dimmer.
In this case, you need to choose an LED dimmer with the lowest wattage possible, typically 2-4W.
