Melt Mini LED Pendant Copper is the impressive result of a collaboration between the ever inventive and innovative designer Tom Dixon and the dynamic Swedish design collective FRONT. The idea was to create a ‘perfectly imperfect’ design. This endeavour is reflected in the lamp’s fluid, asymmetric shape that creates an organic and naturalistic expression.
Melt Pendant is made using a method called vacuum metallising, which gives the lamp its unique and dynamic appearance.
The built-in LED lamp creates an enchanting display of melted glass when the lamp is on. The surface is glossy when the lamp is off, so this piece of art looks stunning throughout the day.
