The lamp is manufactured using a method called Vacuum-metalisation, which gives the lamp its unique, dynamic appearance. When switched off, the shade surface takes on a mirror-like appearance, so you can enjoy this piece of art from morning to night, while the switched-on lamp appears like a molten ball of fire.
