The lamp was originally designed by Friis & Moltke for the Scanticon Hotel and Conference Center in Minneapolis in 1984, but the design is just as beautiful and remarkable today as it was back then. The wide, circular lampshade ensures a lovely distribution of light, and the unintrusive design gives the lamp’s silhouette a timeless expression. A slim tube that ends at the base runs down from the lampshade, giving the lamp a light and elegant expression.
