The lamp has a total of six light sources that are mounted in beautiful, round holders on a rail, which together form the lamp head. Each holder emits the light in a downward and focussed way, but also has a narrow opening at the sides so that the light can be distributed evenly over a large area. As the lamp head is 119 cm long, the lamp creates a wide light distribution and can be placed over long tables, such as the dining table or kitchen counter. The height can be adjusted via two weights that hang along the pendant cords.
In addition, the brightness can be regulated via an integrated front and rear edge dimmer.
