The Patera Pendant Lamp Ø30 White is another stunning addition to the outstanding Patera series from Øivind Slaatto and Louis Poulsen. The Patera series already consists of a number of unique pendant lamps, and in spring 2023, Louis Poulsen is now launching a new, modern interpretation in the smallest size to date, the Patera in Ø300, which is also characterised by its soft, natural and dynamic 360-degree light and exceptional design.
This new model is ideal for smaller rooms or rooms with lower ceilings, where it will create the same great atmosphere and exceptional lighting - just like the classic chandelier. Like the other lamps in the Patera range, the new Ø300 is characterised by the Fibonacci sequence, where each cell is designed to capture and reflect light while shielding it perfectly. It is also this ingenious mathematical structure that makes the lamp highly decorative in interior design and ensures that it spreads pleasant and glare-free lighting from all angles above 45 degrees.
With this new launch, Øivind Slaatto made sure to recalculate the entire design to guarantee the same extraordinary indirect lighting that characterises the Patera lamps. In addition, the Ø300 Patera is also able to hold itself without the use of internal struts, as with the larger models.
