The Silhouette Opal pendant light is a wonderful addition to the iconic lamps from the traditional British lighting manufacturer Coolicon. In this model, the classic elements that characterise the original Coolicon lamp are present, namely the bell-shaped retro shade, the visible socket and the classic sticker with Coolicon's signature that gives the lamp its high recognition value. In this version, however, the lampshade is made of porcelain, which adds a delicate, feminine expression to the solid industrial design. The Silhouette Pendant is a beautiful alternative for anyone who loves Coolicon's designs but wants a lighter, less dominant version.
The socket, just visible at the top of the lampshade, is made of brass and refines the already elegant design. When you switch on the lamp, the light not only shines out through the wide opening at the bottom but also through the lampshade itself in a beautiful, glowing glow.
