The Urchin Plant Pot Petit Coffee becomes a beautiful showpiece to complement your favourite plants or an artful addition to the decor, just on its own. Designed by Kristian Sofus Hansen and Tommy Hyldahl for 101 Copenhagen, the pot is inspired by the natural shapes of the sea urchin, which is also the name of the design. The round shape and compact design gives the jar an organic look that reveals its natural source of inspiration and adds a self-conscious expression to the tulle design. The jar rests on what looks like three, equally compact, feet. However, the base consists of a single foot in a beautiful trefoil design that catches excess water from the jar. The bottom is fitted with a drainage hole to prevent the plant from drowning. If you use the pot as a display vase, you can also turn it in different ways and, for example, let the opening point towards the room.
