Yara is an artful creation with an organic expression made possible by a harmonious union of earthy colours and rough textures. This beautiful design object is part of the Yara series from the Danish design company Ferm Living. The series consists of both candleholders and vases in a multitude of beautiful shapes and colour variations. Each item within the series is made of ceramic and coated with a reactive glaze that ensures a unique and varied look. With every Yara Vase or Yara Candle Holder you have a unique piece of decorative art. The shape is inspired by stone and marble figures from the Cycladic period and combines an abstract expression with a stylish form.
