Pier Giacomo Castiglioni

Pier Giacomo Castiglioni was an Italian designer best known for his significant contribution to modern design. He was born on November 19, 1913 in Milan and was the son of the famous architect and designer, Giannino Castiglioni. Pier Giacomo grew up in a creative atmosphere and is one third of the legendary Castiglioni brothers.

Castiglioni began his career as an architect and later became a renowned designer in industrial design. He was part of the revolutionary design scene in Milan in the 1950s and 1960s, working alongside his younger brother, Achille Castiglioni, and his older brother, Luigi Caccia Dominioni.
